Ai Ikegaya is an accomplished animation director and a graduate of Musashino Art University's Department of Imaging Arts. She has directed a diverse array of animated projects across television and digital platforms, earning recognition for her creative storytelling and distinctive visual style.

Her directing credits include both the first and second seasons of 'Paste it! Koinu' (also known as 'Stick It on Around! Koinu') on TV Tokyo . She also directed 'Run! Detective Bellboy!', a DVD special feature for the anime series 'Beelzebub'. Additionally, she has led direction and animation production for 'Rascal the Mighty Rascal' on NHK E-Tele, 'KOJIKOJI CHANNEL' on Nippon Animation's YouTube channel, 'Kedama no Gonjiro' on TV Tokyo 'Animated Corner' on TV Tokyo, 'KOIKEYA SDGs Theater Sas and Tena' on BS Asahi, and 'Mini-Van Raaji', a mini-anime for the Vanguard YouTube Official channel.
