Brian O. Wilson is an award-winning animation director, storyteller, and creative entrepreneur, driving Africa's animation industry forward from his Lagos-based Zero Gravity Studios. Recognized for his powerful narratives, Brian's animated short films have earned international acclaim, featuring at film festivals across Nigeria, Spain, the U.S., and Sweden.

With a Master’s degree in Computer Animation from Bournemouth University, Brian’s passion for storytelling has led him to speak and conduct workshops at renowned platforms including Social Media Week, AfricaNXT, and Lagos ComicCon. His achievements include winning the Annecy Animation Du Monde Lagos pitch contest and earning the prestigious Digital Lab Africa animation award twice, showcasing his exceptional creative vision.

Brian is also deeply committed to empowering young Africans through digital technologies, art, fashion, and Afrobeats, and serves as a trustee for Animation Nigeria, a non-profit dedicated to nurturing the local animation industry.

At SAC25, Brian will share his expertise on storytelling, pitching, and animation production, helping attendees craft compelling stories that resonate globally while highlighting authentic African perspectives.
